AP Police Recruitment 2022: Andhra Pradesh State Level Recruitment Board (SLRB) has notified around 6,500 Sub Inspector and Constable vacancies in the state. Candidates can check detailed announcement and apply online at slrb.ap.gov.in. The application period for constable posts will be from November 30 to December 28, 2022. AP Police PC SI Selection 2022
Selection will be made on the basis of:
- pre exam
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- final written examination
- final selection

Educational Qualification:
- Constable – Candidate must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognized by the State Government.
- SI – Candidate must be Graduate.
AP Police Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for Sub Inspector posts on the basis of their performance in Preliminary Written Assessment and Physical Efficiency & Measurement Test. It is to be noted that the selected applicants will also have to go through the final written test.
According to PTI, “Reservation for Home Guards in Constable Recruitment has been increased from 8% to 15% (Civil) and 25% (Military)” (APSP). The DGP said that “selection will be based on preliminary written test, physical fitness test and final written test.”
