A food inspector is an officer responsible for analyzing the quality of food products. The Food Inspector is responsible for checking the cleanliness of the ingredients being used, the utensils and the conditions where the food is being cooked.
It is the duty of the food inspector to keep checking the food distributors, processors and manufacturers for their compliance with the food standards so that the food items remain clean and free from any type of bacteria. Food inspectors are usually employed by health departments, factories, and specialized agencies.
