Sales Manager – Direct for Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities & Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets. (SME Loans)
- Managing a team of Sales Officers.
- Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets.
- Responsible for achieving monthly business target.
- Taking care of all process and related escalations
- Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application.
- Ensure that all the rules & regulations as well as policy guidelines of the company are
- implemented at the unit level.

Job brief
We are looking for individuals who can drive sales in SME lending space. The candidate will be managing a team of Sales Officers, who will be responsible for generating prospective sales leads. The individual will meet all the prospective customers with the objective of explaining the loan products, resolving customer queries and converting the leads to sales. The candidate will also be responsible for driving Sales Officer’s productivity and maintaining the desired portfolio mix of sourcing.
Desired Skill Set:
- Thorough understanding of SME Loans.
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 2 years in SME Lending.
- The candidate should have ability to handle sales call independently.
- The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.
- Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills, Team Playing ability.
Experience:
- Post graduate in business or sales will be preferred.
- 2 to 5 Years with exposure of Business loan & LAP
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline
